Medication management for miscarriages or undesired pregnancies available. Consultation includes ultrasound, counseling, medications needed for the process, (mifepristone and misoprostol, ibuprofen, zofran), 24 hour direct care assistance, and follow-up visit.

First-trimester D&C

Expert procedural care will be performed by a board certified ob-gyn physician for management of abnormal pregnancies (e.g miscarriages) and unintended pregnancies. Pain control options will include local anesthesia and/or moderate sedation.

Second Trimester D&E

Highly skilled surgical care will be performed a board certified obgyn physician. Pain control options will include moderate or deep sedation in a surgical setting. Consultation includes preoperative assessment, cervical dilation, procedure with ultrasound guidance, postoperative care, and on-call care.
