Reproductive Services of Manchester, a division of Manchester OB/GYN Associates, has offered a broad range of abortion services since 1973.  We have board-certified physicians and nurse practitioners who provide both medical and surgical abortions,  as well as compassionate counseling surrounding family planning decisions.

1. Medical abortion, using RU486, is available up to 9 weeks.
2. We perform first-trimester surgical abortions in the comfort and privacy of our office.
3. Medically-indicated second-trimester abortions, for genetic and/or anatomic abnormalities, are performed at Elliot Hospital.  Treatment options include dilatation and evacuation (D&E) or induction of labor.   Genetic counseling and emotional support services are available. Follow up care can be done in our office or with your primary OB/GYN. We also provide preconception counseling in preparation for future pregnancies.
